Your booking confirmation will show the pick-up point you selected. Please check it carefully before travelling.

Please be ready at the pick-up point at least 10 minutes before departure.
Look out for the coach and follow any instructions provided with your booking confirmation.
Important: The coach is scheduled to leave at 8:30am and may be unable to wait for passengers who arrive late.

Allow enough time for traffic, parking or connecting public transport before reaching the coach.
Important: The coach is scheduled to leave at 8:45am. Departure may be a few minutes later if traffic affects the journey from Rising Brook.
Current trip timetable
The following timetable applies to our Alton Towers trip on Saturday 29 August 2026.
Passengers booked from Rising Brook board before the coach continues to central Stafford.
Passengers booked from Stafford Railway Station board the coach.
Once everybody has boarded, the coach leaves Stafford for Alton Towers at approximately 9:00am.
The coach is scheduled to depart Alton Towers for Stafford at 6:30pm.
Before boarding
A little preparation helps the coach leave on time and makes the journey easier for everyone.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your stated departure time. The coach may be unable to wait for late passengers.
Have your TicketSource booking confirmation available on your phone or as a printed copy when boarding.
A coach seat must be booked for every passenger travelling, including children.

Choose either Rising Brook or Stafford Railway Station when booking through TicketSource. Your selected location should appear on your booking confirmation.
Please use the pick-up point shown on your booking confirmation. If you need to request a change, contact us before the trip so we can check whether it is possible.
Road and traffic conditions can occasionally cause delays. Please remain at your selected pick-up point and keep an eye on our Facebook page or any updates sent to you.
We cannot guarantee that the coach will be able to wait. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the stated departure time.
The coach will return passengers to Stafford after the trip. Return arrangements and any updates will be confirmed by the organiser or driver.
