Pick-up points vary between trips and are planned around passenger demand, suitable stopping locations and the most practical coach route.

Each trip will show the pick-up points being considered. A provisional location will only be included in the final route where sufficient passengers select it and a safe, practical stopping point is available. Your confirmed boarding location and departure time will be provided before travel.

How our pick-up routes work
Each trip will have its own pick-up route based on passenger demand and the direction of travel. The final pick-up order, boarding points and departure times will be confirmed before your journey.
The pick-up points, their operating order and departure times will be confirmed after passenger demand and the final coach route have been reviewed.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the departure time shown in your final trip confirmation.
The coach will follow the confirmed route, collecting passengers from each scheduled pick-up point before continuing to the destination.
The confirmed return departure time and drop-off arrangements will be provided with the final trip information before travel.
Before boarding
A little preparation helps the coach leave on time and makes the journey easier for everyone.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your stated departure time. The coach may be unable to wait for late passengers.
Have your final trip confirmation available on your phone or as a printed copy when boarding.
A coach seat must be booked for every passenger travelling, including children.

Road and traffic conditions can occasionally cause delays. Please remain at your selected pick-up point and keep an eye on our Facebook page or any updates sent to you.
We cannot guarantee that the coach will be able to wait. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the stated departure time.
The coach will return passengers to Stafford after the trip. Return arrangements and any updates will be confirmed by the organiser or driver.
